Each year we host a limited number of editorial experiences around the globe. We offer these unique opportunities to photographers and videographers seeking to expand their portfolios with luxurious content in unrivalled locations.
Partnering with some of the top creatives in the industry, we carefully curate our designs from conception to fruition. Each element of our editorial is intentionally designed by our team, resulting in a cohesive story and a luxury wedding experience. From the planning and design to the florals and beyond, our editorial experiences present publication-worthy material in some of the world's most coveted wedding destinations. We have produced events in thirteen countries that have been featured in countless publications worldwide.
JOIN US FOR OUR fifth YEAR OF EDITORIAL EXPERIENCES
Join us for a luxurious Parisian wedding celebration with impeccably styled details in one of the world's most prestigious venues, situated in the heart of Paris.
Our editorial will begin at the Ritz Paris, working in intimate groups capturing a full scale wedding design, including an extensive reception display in the Salon d’Eté and a floral filled ceremony design on the adjoining terrace.
Our attendees will have the opportunity to work with our models in small group settings, as well as working one on one with both the bride and groom.
Indulge in French pastries and treats as you capture styled vignettes with couture details and custom paper goods. Bring along any questions you have regarding photography, publications, destination weddings, etc., as we will have an open Q & A on all things wedding industry related.
After a wardrobe change for our bride, we will venture into the city to capture our couple in two iconic locations; think: the Louvre, the Eiffel Tower, Pont Alexandre III! Our locations will be confirmed just prior to shooting to avoid any disruptions in the schedule due to any unforeseen charms of Paris. We provide the transportation from the Ritz Paris to the city locations, and we will return to the Ritz Paris prior to departure.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
HOW LONG IS THE EDITORIAL?
Our editorial will be six hours from start to finish. We strive to provide an experience with a plethora of luxury content for your portfolio, and for submitting to publications.
HOW MANY PHOTOGRAPHERS WILL ATTEND?
WILL I HAVE ONE ON ONE TIME WITH THE MODELS?
We adjust our editorials depending on the number of seats sold. While we typically see around ten photographers per editorial, we add models and design elements as needed so that our shooting groups remain intimate.
Our attendees are divided into small groups for shooting so that everyone has one on one time with the models. We have a very detailed timeline for the day to ensure that each attendee is able to capture all elements of the design throughly.
CAN I SUBMIT MY IMAGES FOR PUBLICATION IMMEDIATELY?
ABSOLUTELY. We understand the value of publications, and we want our attendees to gain as much traction from their experience as possible. Submit and post your images as soon as you would like. We require proper credit to be given in all posts and publications for our entire team.
DO YOU ACCEPT PAYMENT PLANS?

OPTIONAL SUNRISE EDITORIAL
After our Ritz Paris editorial, take a day to unwind and enjoy Paris, and then join us again for a sunrise shoot on 9 May.
Showcasing different models and wardrobe, we will capture our couple against the backdrop of three iconic city locations. Join us for a three hour editorial in the city, followed by a breakfast in one of our favorite cafés. Transportation is included from location one to breakfast.
No, you are welcome to join the sunrise shoot without purchasing a seat to the Ritz Paris editorial.

INVESTMENT
A deposit of $800 will reserve your seat to the Ritz Paris editorial, with the balance due on or before April 15, 2025.
If full payment is not received by the due date, any prior payments will be forfeited and the seat will be filled. The purchase of a seat is for one attendee. Due to the nature of our contracts, no assistants or guests should accompany any attendees. Payments are non-refundable, but attendee has the option of selling the seat to another person if they are unable to attend. Payments may not be transferred to any other editorial dates.

The purchase of a seat is for one attendee. Due to the nature of our contracts, no assistants or guests should accompany any attendees.
We do not restrict publication of images, we simply require vendors to be properly credited as requested in all publications and social media posts. Adjusting or making changes to any credits provided is not allowed (including changing the order of credits) and we require that all vendor credits are presented in every social media post and publication. Purchasing a seat to our editorial experience means that you acknowledge and agree to our crediting terms.
Payments are non-refundable, but attendee has the option of selling the seat to another person if they are unable to attend. If purchaser is unable to attend, they are fully responsible for finding someone to purchase their seat by the date the final payment is due, with confirmation of the sale sent to Janna Brown via email (hello@jannabrowndesign.com) by said due date, otherwise payments will be forfeited. Anyone who purchases a seat, whether from the Janna Brown website or from another party and attends our editorial agrees to our terms and conditions.
BY PURCHASING A SEAT YOU ACKNOWledge, accept and adhere to the following terms:
Purchaser must understand that inclement weather is a possibility. Due to the nature of our editorials and the vendors booked, we will not postpone unless we find it absolutely necessary. We reserve the right to make this decision at any time. We will make our best efforts to mitigate the impact of weather on our design, but purchaser must understand that changes to the design elements may be necessary.
Purchaser understands and agrees it is their responsibility to acquire any and all travel and/or flight insurance to protect themselves from unforeseen events, travel delays, extreme weather, or extenuating circumstances beyond the purchaser or Janna Brown’s control. Client agrees to indemnify and hold Janna Brown harmless for all such occurrences. All editorials are contingent on the sale of six seats.
No images from our editorial experiences may be used to promote any educational offerings or workshops of your own. If you are hosting workshops of your own, we kindly ask that you refrain from purchasing a seat to ours.
