INVESTMENT:

PHOTOGRAPHY or VIDEOGRAPHY SEAT: $3,400

A DEPOSIT OF $800 is required to reserve your place. The balance is due on 1 June.

Payment plans available through the "Shop Pay" option at checkout. Travel and accommodation are not included.

"We do not restrict PUBLICATION of images, or require any delay in submissions. We encourage submission of galleries as soon as possible, as we know that publications are an integral part of your investment. We pride ourselves on attention to DETAIL and our EDITORIAL approach to designs that we present as a full service design house. We have produced events in THIRTEEN countries that have been featured in publications including VOGUE magazine, Martha Weddings, BRIDES, Elle magazine, Style Me Pretty and more."

Both film and digital
photographers are welcome,
of all skill levels.

We do not restrict publication of images, we simply require vendors to be properly credited as requested in all publications and social media posts. Adjusting or making changes to any credits provided is not allowed (including changing the order of credits) and we require that all vendor credits are presented in every social media post and publication. Purchasing a seat to our editorial experience means that you acknowledge these crediting terms.

A deposit of $800 will reserve your seat, with payment plans available through "Shop Pay" at checkout. The final balance is due on or before 1 July 2023, If full payment is not received by the due date, any prior payments will be forfeited and the seat will be filled. The purchase of a seat is for one attendee. Due to the nature of our contracts with venues, no assistants or guests should accompany any attendees unless approved by Janna Brown.

Payments are non-refundable and non-transferrable, but purchaser has the option of selling the seat to another photographer if they are unable to attend. If purchaser is unable to attend, they are fully responsible for finding someone to sell their seat to by the date the final payment is due, with confirmation of the sale sent to Janna Brown via email (hello@jannabrowndesign.com) by said due date, otherwise payments will be forfeited. If an attendee sells their seat, all terms and conditions will apply to the new purchaser.

Our editorial will be approximately five hours from arrival to departure with further details emailed as the timeline is confirmed.

When signing up for one of our editorial experiences, the attending photographer must understand that inclement weather is a possibility. Due to the nature of our editorials and the vendors and venue booked, we will not postpone unless we find it absolutely necessary. We reserve the right to make this decision at any time. We will make our best efforts to mitigate the impact of the weather on our design, but purchaser/attendee must understand that changes to the planning and design elements may be necessary.

No images from our editorial experiences may be used to promote any educational offerings or workshops of your own. If you are hosting workshops of your own, we kindly ask that you refrain from purchasing a seat to ours.
